Design

Our process leverages the latest technologies to enhance the construction process and your client experience. A few examples are:


  • LIDAR scanning & drone photography accurately capture your existing house.
  • Revit 3D modeling uses your LIDAR data to create highly precise models. As we design our project, our 3D modeling helps you to envision your space.


*For remodel design services, we offer an excellent value. For some larger, more complex projects, we also work with partner architect Nick Robertson of Studio Piano Nobile to meet your needs.

Price

We have no secretary, no in-house construction crew, no trucks or tools, no office building or warehouse.

These efficiencies lead to super-low overhead. We offer transparent pricing and a three-step estimating process to achieve your budget goals:


  • ROM Pricing - Rough Order of Magnitude to verify your design is aligned with your budget.
  • Subcontractor Walk - we meet with our trusted subcontractors at your home, design in hand, to get accurate fixed-price bids.
  • Final Pricing - We provide a comprehensive cost breakdown of each task by phase of construction and offer a fixed-price proposal. Our collaborative approach ensures alignment with your budget so that you can feel confident progressing to a Construction Contract.

Build

We have an extensive network of subcontractors with the experience to get the job done right the first time. We make sure they understand the design and layout, and we provide supervision and support so that our subs can be successful. 


By minimizing errors and delays, we eliminate headaches, stress, and additional costs, resulting in a smooth and seamless construction process for your remodel. We handle only a few projects simultaneously to ensure that our team has ample time to dedicate to your project.

We design small to medium size projects from individual kitchens to a whole house renovation for much less than the competition. We sign the contract, then we figure out what you want in your remodel and how it fits together. Then we provide you with a rough estimate of what it will cost to build.

For a small fee, we set up a meeting at your house with all the relevant subcontractors. Design in hand, we walk them through the site, so they can fully understand and accurately price their part in your remodel. Then we put it all together in a fixed-price contract and review it with you. A reasonable amount of revision is included...
